Since the 1980s, metal film has been developed as a functional material, which is the most eye-catching and most promising inorganic film. Although ceramic films show significant advantages in terms of material strength and corrosion resistance, they are brittle, easy to damage in use, and difficult to process. Porous metal films overcome these defects of ceramic films to a large extent, so porous metal films have been developed rapidly. Compared with organic and ceramic membranes, porous metal membranes have the following advantages:

(1) With good machining performance, welding performance and sealing performance;

(2) Due to high mechanical strength, it can be used under high pressure (pressure resistance up to 31MPa), because it can be used to increase the pressure difference method to improve the permeability and increase the separation capacity of the membrane;

(3) It can withstand the working temperature of 315 ° C and has good heat conductivity, and the thermal stress in the membrane component is small, so the high temperature does not affect the life of the membrane material, nor does it break the retention performance of the ring film, nor does it lead to the sudden break of the membrane component;

(4) can resist the corrosion of strong acid and alkali, can be used for the separation operation of extreme pH liquid, has good adaptability to the material, and broadens the application field of membrane separation technology;

(5) Good sealing performance, good welding performance, and easy connection of membrane components;

(6) The porous metal film is easy to clean and disinfect, the porous metal film can resist the cleaning of strong acid and alkali without causing deterioration of the film material, and the porous metal film equipment can be directly sterilized by steam, thus ensuring the aseptic operation of the equipment;

(7) The porous metal film can be used for the separation of high solid content or high concentration of liquid material, and the membrane pollution is very small;

(8) Long service life of porous metal film;

(9) Has a strong application value, in the filtration process, porous metal film adsorption capacity is large, good support, large filtration area, can be cleaned online, does not affect the production.
